Jonathan is a lovely host, super responsive and makes sure to take care of his guests! The apartment is lovely and welcoming, and I always feel at home when staying with Jonathan!

This was one of my best AirBnB stays. Jonathan's home is beautiful, cozy, and warm. You can tell Jonathan really cares about making sure guests feel welcome. He was communicative, shared detailed check-in instructions, and has clear labels in the common areas for the guests staying there. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed (e.g., hair dryer, multiple outlets with built-in USB C, towel rack on the door). There were never issues accessing the shared bathroom which is next to the room. The other guests were very respectful of the shared space too. There is a small hill to get to the house and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I walked 30-40 minutes to Fenway every day (there is also public transportation nearby) and would choose to stay here again when traveling solo.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Boston, el vecindario es muy tranquilo y seguro y esta muy cerca de la línea naranja del metro, así se puede llegar a cualquier lugar sin dificultad. Mi estancia fue muy agradable.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s place. It had everything we needed & was very clean and met the descriptions listed. Our pup was happy and comfortable too! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Jonathan's loft was sparkling clean, cozy, and lovely. It had everything I needed—comfortable bed, mini fridge, desk, fresh white linens, etc. The bathroom downstairs was well-stocked with plenty of supplies and kept incredibly clean. Jonathan was very responsive and left clear directions for everything. Fremont Street, where all the restaurants and cafés are located, was just a short 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend Jonathan's place if you want a peaceful, restful stay! FYI: There are four flights of stairs, including the steps to the front door, so keep that in mind. Still an awesome stay!

If you find Jonathan’s place available, I highly recommend it. It’s exactly what you’re looking for. The room is clean and cozy, and I think the price is reasonable. The host is gentle, kind, and very proactive in helping you. I saw some reviews expressing concern about safety due to the absence of a door, but I had no issues. I left the room from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and no one entered (as far as I know, the other rooms are full so I was not the only one guest). I even left my laptop in the room without worry. Public transportation is very close by. The only thing you might be discouraged about is that just a few restaurants are nearby. But you might not go to Boston just to stay in the accomodation. So it's not a problem.

Jonathan was a super host. What he says is true. The place was super clean and comfortable. I wasn’t sure how sharing the bathroom would work out, but it was not a problem at all. I had a great visit in Boston and would rent from Jonathan again.

The room itself was cozy, I loved the furniture and little TV corner nook! It's a beautiful house I love when there is natural charm instead of just modernized, and it was a great mix of those. Instructions were sen in advance which was lovely, and super detailed which I appreciated as someone with anxiety :] The train station is nearby and there is other public transit so even though its location isn't dead city center, getting to places without your own car was easy! Overall very organized and chill

Perfect little apartment for a 4 night stay in Boston. The "kitchen" is perfect for making breakfast and snacking. The bed is nicely firm. The shower's water pressure is ok, not amazing, but good enough. The lighting in particular is excellent with nice reading lights over the bed. There a cute little desk area and mini living room. If you are not a huge person, this small apartment is perfect!
