Jonathan's place was just what I needed for a visit with my daughter. It was walking distance to her apartment in South Boston, to Northeastern U, the Boston Commons, the Museum of Fine Arts, and lots of restaurants. I didn't use the common space, but my bedroom was quiet, clean, and nicely organized. Jonathan is easy to communicate with and although I didn't meet him in person, he always seemed friendly and approachable. I would be happy to come back.

Great option in Boston, plenty of parking in the neighborhood, close to the T. Our room was comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the large common room / kitchen area, but would have enjoyed relaxing there if we had more time.

Jonathan very much helped me in everything I needed! I am extremely grateful he was able to accommodate me and my daughter. Very understanding and helpful! The place was so cozy and comfortable! And very convenient to stay in because it’s close to the train station and close to all the popular places to visit!

What a lovely house. I stayed in the loft, and despite what a previous reviewer had said, I thought the space was actually very private. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. The house is located in a really cute area. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Boston.

I’ve stayed at Jonathan’s place twice in two different rooms and both times it’s been a great experience. I’m a professor at Berklee College of Music who commutes from out of town so the location was perfect. It’s very close to the Back Bay - I walked to Berklee which is right by Symphony Hall and Newbury St in about 35 minutes - and it was a very pleasant walk through the Northeastern campus. I also took a Blue Bike to the Back Bay in about 10-15 minutes and by car it was about 5-10. The space is very clean and tastefully decorated. Jonathan is a very caring host and great about communication. I really enjoyed the neighborhood as well. I grew up in Boston, and it’s nice to see a neighborhood in Boston that still retains its local character. I highly recommend.

Just as pictured. Easy and touch-pad entry with very clear instructions. Light, bright, clean and has everything I could need in the room, with additional amenities in the shared kitchen.

I had a lovely stay at this shared Airbnb in Boston. The place was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Everyone was respectful, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The host was super responsive, clear with all instructions, and shared great local recommendations that I really appreciated. It was a great experience overall and I would happily stay here again!

Jonathan’s place was a great spot right outside of the downtown Boston. Not too close but not too far away either. The train was barely a 10 minutes walk away. Everything was precisely marked and didn’t have to wonder where anything was.

Loved my stay. Loved the space. Loved the location. If you’re nervous about staying in a shared space, don’t be. This location allows you to have your own peaceful stay and utilize the shared spaces. I enjoyed every second of my stay!

Great place to stay! Jonathan was a great host. Very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. Place was clean, and matched photos. Great spot- very close to subway station!
