It is perfect for a short stay in Boston. And it was walkable to everywhere. It was a comfortable and clean. Bonus points for having instant coffee and to-go cups :)

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The house is gorgeous, my room was so nice, all the little things that you possibly could need were thought of by Jonathan. Jonathan was so nice over the texts, always responded me quickly! I will be definitely booking again and I’ll be recommending his place to everyone!

Absolutely loved my stay! I felt like I was staying in a friend’s home for the weekend. So cozy and welcoming!!! I almost didn’t want to leave because of how comfortable and inviting the space was. The neighborhood is beautiful too and made it so easy to get around Boston. Jonathan was also incredibly responsive and flexible with check-in, which made the whole stay even smoother. Would definitely come back!!!

The place was in great area with easy access to downtown Boston. Room and bathroom were very clean upon arrival. Jonathan was a responsive host providing detailed instructions and information when needed.

Very nicely updated home in a quiet, low-key Boston neighborhood. Good location to use as a jump-off into the city…I actually even walked to Fenway from the place for a game (~35 min). Big, comfortable room with a solid AC unit was perfect after a long, hot day and evening walking around downtown. Jonathan has taken a lot of effort to ensure his guests are well taken care of during their stay, have access to what they need to be comfy, and the house has great features in it (nice newly updated kitchen, remodeled bathroom upstairs, very quiet too considering the tall ceilings and wood floors). I would absolutely stay here again when in Boston!

The house was clean and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I felt comfortable walking back even after 9 p.m. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the subway, which made it easy to reach the main tourist areas in around 20ish minutes. Jonathan communicated very well throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a great value if you don’t mind a short commute and prefer a more local experience over staying right in the busy tourist spots.

I loved staying in this perfect little space for my brief visit to the city. I was here for a concert at the house of blues and Jonathan's place is perfectly located with free street parking and a 5 minute Uber ride to Fenway and surrounding attractions. his place is clean, comfortable and very cute! the bed was very comfy. I loved staying here and will keep it in mind for future visits.

Communicating with Jonathan was a pleasure, he was always quick to respond and very helpful each time I reached out to him. The space itself was very well designed and quaint and perfect for having a clean, quiet, and safe place to rest after a long day of exploring Boston. I will definitely return for another stay here and would recommend this host and space to anyone!

Jonathan was such a helpful host before and during the stay. He communicated early and often, gauging when I needed to arrive and check out with care and consistency. The space was clean, easy to reach, and comfy. I would recommend Jonathan's space to anyone looking to experience Boston at his/her own pace.
